Customer Service Rep

Primary focus is to assist trade show exhibitors and offer solutions based on a wide ranging product offering.


  • Answer inbound telephone calls and emails from customers or potential customers in a friendly/courteous manner.
  • Contact possible customers regarding needs for upcoming events.
  • Provide quotes to customers.
  • Show site travel to local venues for face to face contact with customers.
  • With a high level of detail, proof inbound orders and outbound customer literature.
  • Manage varying tasks related to multiple events at one time.


  • Some local travel plus limited national travel.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends when scheduled.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to proofread and be attentive to detail.
  • Professional and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Possess problem solving skills and be able to offer solutions without management supervision.
  • Prior tradeshow experience a plus, but not required.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products is a must!
